Once your order arrives at ADSL it still has a long way to go before it's ready for installation.

All orders are processed promptly and sent away to get a date when we can install the digital system. We understand that our customers are requiring their new equipment as soon as possible, but it is very important that at this stage we get everything perfect so the transition from the old analogue to the new digital services is as smooth as possible.

Our staff will liaise with you where necessary to ensure this is the case. Our customers are looked after by a specialist team all the way up to the completion of the installation.
