This covers customers between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We understand that faults arise and that's why we have a dedicated team of operators who will take responsibility of your fault. We will arrange for a divert to be set up so you don't miss any incoming calls and manage your fault from the moment you notify us of the issues, all the way through to the fault being resolved. Every step of the way we will keep you informed of the fault's progression.
